If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns and Exchanges
We offer returns and exchanges on unused tea accessories and unopened loose-leaf tea and other products. You MUST contact us prior to returning or exchanging your items.
If you notice that your items are wrong, damaged, or incomplete, you can reach us at bonteaplace@gmail.com
To return or exchange a purchase, your items MUST meet the following conditions:
• Be returned within 30 calendar days from the date you received it.
• Be in original, unused, unaltered, and unwashed condition. We reserve the right to reject any returns or exchanges that do not meet the conditions.
• Be return with original receipts, tags, and packaging.
• Be return with gift receipts that are only eligible for exchange or store credit.
• All gift cards and on sale items are final sale.

Once we receive your items, we will inspect them and notify you that we have received your returned items. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the items.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment; or provide a store credit in form of a Bon Tea gift card which can be used online, or in-store.
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies; or you will receive store credit in the form of an e-mail card through the designated email address on the order.  
Regarding the tea ceremony workshop, we do not provide refunds once access to the workshop has been scheduled. However, we can issue store credit in exchange for the unscheduled workshop.

You MUST contact us to get our consent before shipping.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping if you want a refund or exchange that was not caused by the error of Bon Tea. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
You will also be responsible for the costs of your return shipping.
Shipping costs for your order is based on the total weight of the order.
Process and delivery times are based upon normal business volumes and where you live.  Please note that during peak seasons and holidays, order process times may increase.
Bon Tea is not responsible for packages that are undeliverable due to wrong addresses, missing information, or not having someone present to receive packages. If there is a suite number, apartment number, or building number, please be sure to include that on your order.
Bon Tea is not responsible for delays caused by weather, mechanical failure, strikes, pandemics, or other acts beyond our control.
To return for fragile items (e.g. tea accessories), you need to choose a rigid, good quality, corrugated cardboard box; tape all seams with reinforced tape; wrap or secure item using the plastic form, bubble wrap, tissue paper, or newspaper; marked with the word “FRAGILE” on the top and on the side.
