Barley tea
Barley tea is a wildly popular beverage in both summertime and winter in Japan and Korea. It's common in Korean that Barley is often drunk as another alternative to water in restaurants.
The taste of barley tea is often described as light and nutty. It's naturally caffeine-free and emits a colour equivalent to golden honey.
Preparation
2 tbs per 1 cup; 100 degree Celsius of hot water
